In 2016, the Wijk-ontwikkelingsmaatschappij Kerckebosch had a 100m2 modular Plant-e system installed on the schoolyard of the Christelijke College Zeist.

Together with an intelligent solar panel, also known as a sunflower PV, and an energetic grass field (energy floor), electricity is generated here for a Wi-Fi point for the students of the school.

In the meantime, the schoolyard has been redesigned and the Plant-e system has been moved.

In the spring of 2021, a Plant-e herb garden was set up on the same schoolyard, which supplies power to the accompanying information board. In this way, plant flow is integrated into today's education. The information board is provided of an interactive experience to introduce students to plant flow. In addition, endemic edible planting has been chosen so that dual 'land' use is also brought to the attention of the next generation at this location.
